Intigr8 provides AI integration, workflow automation, custom development, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. These Terms apply to all Services unless superseded by a separate written agreement.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Intigr8 website are owned by Intigr8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

For custom development engagements, intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product developed specifically for a client transfers to the client upon full payment.

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Services to develop competing products without written permission
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intigr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
